AFTER THE AUCTION
Lot winners, for buying art online, can pay on our payment platform after purchase. We will send you an invoice to your email address according to your registration and a link for you to make the payment. The final amount due will include the auction price, buyer’s commission, any taxes and shipping costs. Payment must be made within 10 days after the auction.
The different methods of payment are as follows:

- Credit/debit card Mastercard/VISA
- Paypal
- Deposit in our account

SHIPPING
After we confirm your payments, we will do everything necessary to ship your orders as soon as possible.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs which will be reflected on your purchase invoice.
BUYER’S COMMISSION
After 30 calendar days from the date of the auction without the buyer having made payment, Factionartprojects.com will terminate the sale without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken in such circumstances.
After 30 days from receipt of the piece by the buyer, no claims will be accepted in any case on the lots, and if there are any within the deadline, shipping costs or subsequent return will be borne by the buyer.
Remember that if you are the winning buyer of the lot, the final invoice will indicate the amount bid plus the commission of Factionartprojects.com with the taxes corresponding to the commission and shipping costs.
The only commission applied by Factionartprojects.com for the sale of any lot is 22%+Taxes.
OUR TERMS AFTER THE SALE
At the time the system terminates bidding on each lot, title is transferred to the new owner. All purchases are final and subject to the Terms of Purchase. The works are offered “as is” as seen in the photograph of the lot, in the condition they are in and prices cannot be reduced if there are any faults. The paintings do not have the frame included, unless specified in the description.
They are offered as seen in the images of the lot. The deadline for returning the work is 14 days, counting from the date of receiving it.
